Los Fresnos High School boys' basketball is highly regarded around the state. The Falcons have won six straight district championships starting with the 2014-15 season under Head Coach Marco Hinojosa.

 

Assistant coaches are First Assistant Alex Lucio and assistant coaches Enrique Hernandez, Doug Dahlberg, Donte McGee and Al Senteno.
