Location: Since its inception in 2001, Inclusive Schools Week has celebrated the progress that schools have made in providing a supportive and quality education to an increasingly diverse student population, including students who are marginalized due to disability, gender, socio-economic status, cultural heritage, language preference, and other factors.
I am excited to begin my fifth year as head football coach and athletic director at Los Fresnos CISD. We thank our players, parents, staff, board members and superintendent for your support. Our athletes are students first with athletics playing a positive role in the total educational experience. Our athletic program stands for commitment, accountability, integrity, and character. As we do our best to continue our winning tradition, we also have another objective as an athletic program – for our student-athletes to become great citizens, spouses, parents and role models. We believe that, for our athletic programs to be successful, we must develop a FAMILY type atmosphere where coaches care about students, students care about coaches, and students care about each other. As coaches, we love our student-athletes, support their achievements, and provide an exemplary foundation of leadership and mentorship that encourages them to relentlessly pursue the "character of a champion.”
