Girls Basketball

 

Los Fresnos High School girls' basketball returned to the UIL Class 6A playoffs in 2020 after a short absence. The Lady Falcons have a long history of competitive programs in girls' basketball.

 

The head coach is Alex Lucio. Assistant coaches are Norma Pena, Juan Barriga, Lindsay Edquist, Cristian Hernandez, and Patricia Dawn Aguilar-Snyder.
