Aileen Avelar, a Top 5 percent student at Los Fresnos High School, has signed a Letter of Intent to play collegiate softball at Oklahoma Baptist University.
The signing ceremony had to be private because of COVID-19 regulations. Aileen is attending classes virtually.
OBU is an NCAA Division II program and a member of the Great American Conference in Shawnee, Okla.
